AMAC CONVENTION 2014 CREATES A GOOD VIBE

The music products industry again gathered in Queensland for the annual AMAC Convention at Jupiters Gold Coast. Over 400 industry suppliers and retailers enjoyed a weekend of good business, entertainment, professional development and weather!

More than 30 suppliers exhibited this year, and more than 250 retailers supported a productive two-day trade show. Monday was reported as being a lot more consistent than the corresponding day last year, while Sunday was busy again. There’s a great wrap on Australian Musician online – check out some photos too.

Larry Morton, Alan Friedman and Tim Martin delivered a valuable professional development experience for delegates. “The Retail Boot Camp was excellent’ enthused a number of retailers. The social functions featured some hot performances.

AMA, CEO and event organiser Rob Walker, said “the vibe was good with positive feedback from exhibitors and retail delegates. The show was not as large as last year, but seemed to work well for those that made the trip”.
